the last to jump on

I think I am the last person in the world at this point to jump on the bandwagon of reading these books, but oh well! I just finished Eclipse a few hours ago. That one took me the longest to read and I think it's because I was subconsciously trying to drag it out because I knew after that one the series was over until the next book comes out and I would have to come back to reality. I kind of don't know what to do with myself now that I'm done. I've been wandering around the house tonight looking for something to do. I'm not used to it because for the past 3 weeks I've been reading one of these books every spare minute I had! Just ask Adam...every time we got in the car to run even the smallest errand I brought my book! Anyway, I loved them. I never would have thought I could get that engrossed in a book (or 3 for that matter) about vampires and werewolves. I first heard about them on someone's blog and thought they sounded rather weird. But after a few of my friends whose opinions I really value (Elisa and Kristyn) said they loved them, I thought I should at least try one out! And then I was hooked. I am in love with Edward I'm pretty sure. I kept waiting for him to not really be that good or for it to all be a trick in order to lure her in so he could kill her but he just keeps getting better! I used to want to be a writer when I was younger. I would always write poems and stories in my spare time. Sometime, I'm not sure when, that sort of faded away. But these books bring back to me a desire to write...I seriously was inspired to want to write a book. Not that I think I could ever create a world as fantastic and yet, real as Stephenie Meyer. And not that I think I could ever create characters that are so real and endearing...but just to be able to create something that brings so much magic to people would be life-changing I think. So if I ever have an incredible dream that is so vivid and wants to tell me a story so bad (see Stephenie Meyer's website http://www.stepheniemeyer.com/twilight.html) I think I'll write a book!

I agree with Troy...I love that first song "Almost Lover." Allison, you truly are the queen of cool music.

Allison!
I love your blog and it is so fun to hear what is up with you! I am totally obsessed with the Twilight books too! I'm dying that I don't have another to read right now! Check out our blog--its a work in progress but fun to keep in touch and share pictures.
